If you think you were banned unjustly from the test server or that the penalty was to harsh for what you did, you can ask here (nicely!) for your case to be reviewed.

Oh i petitioned this the other day is this the same as when you take a break like no subscription and you buy some more but test server doesn't know this anymore? Anyway i was banned a while back, got unbanned a few weeks ago after a check and that was all great, then after the new mirror i find i am banned again on sisi? I know this has nothing to do with payment or anything seems to have somehow gone back to being banned on it ages ago?
